From spa coordinator and team leader, to educator and boutique owner, Kelly Dolecek has given her all to the beauty industry for over fifteen years. Now, five years after the opening of her studio, BARE, Kelly is ready to expand her business in Chesterland, Ohio.
On January 6, 2015, master stylist Teri Kalain opened The Beauty Bar, the ultimate hub for salon and spa services, right in Willowick, Ohio.
In September, 2018, the House of Blues in Cleveland took on 50 artists and over 500 guests in a thrilling night of fashion, performance, and all things creative to host RAW Cleveland presents Connect. Among these artists were three Brown Aveda grads, Emily Eneix, Monica Clark, and Bayley Brown.
Beyond her dedication and love of art, makeup, and color, Bayley's unique talents push her to reach for further creative opportunities.
A month after graduating from Brown Aveda Institute, Monica Clark launched her new career as a stylist with Ladies and Gentlemen Salon and Spa. Then, jumping at the opportunity for bold creativity, Monica unleashed her creative passion at RAW Cleveland presents Connect.
Just under two years since graduation, and Emily Eneix has not only worked alongside prominent industry names at Aveda Jam, but recently collaborated with other grads to showcase her talents at RAW Cleveland presents Connect.
Ten years after attending Brown Aveda Institute, Tessa Shagovac is still an advocate for wellness. She is not only one of the youngest female owners of Orangetheory Fitness in the region, but is co-creator of Surefire Wellness, as well as their original Vitality Greens Superfood!
With nearly six years at TOMORROW'S Hair Salon and Spa under her belt, Kate Byrnes is also co-owner and their go-to Certified Master Extensionist, the first in the U.S. to hold the Beauty Works title.
Since completing her training at the Brown Aveda Institute, Nicole Rakityan now has over eight years of experience in the skin care industry and loving her work as a Licensed Medical Aesthetician.

With over twelve years of experience in the makeup industry, Cleveland-based freelancer Elizabeth Cook has taken her talents around the globe, regularly touching down in New York City.
After graduating from Brown Aveda Institute in 1999, April Smith took her passion and exceptional talent to Mentor, Ohio to open her own studio, Salon Glow.
Anthony Trivisonno cultivated his exceptional talent and unprecedented compassion when he opened The V'Sonno Salon, Boutique, and Spa, an esteemed Redken & Pureology Elite Salon that goes beyond the artist's calling to give back to the community every day.
After graduating from Brown Aveda Institute, Carrie Bellus took her talents on the road, traveling as an Aveda Cut & Style Purefessional and Lead Educator before settling into the VIDA Salon in Denver, Colorado.
In 2015, Jillian opened her first studio, the relaxed but edgy Jillian Bernot Hair Studio, in downtown Willoughby, moving to a more central location only a year later.
