Brown Aveda Institute operates by pre-booked and walk-in appointments.
Clients may make appointments or walk in for services in our clinic locations in Mentor and Strongsville. You may request a particular students for your service and we will do our best to accommodate your request, though it is not guaranteed.
The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act does not allow us to call our guests if a student is not in attendance on a particular day.
Thank you for understanding that our student and staffs schedules also fall under the FERPA privacy act and we are not able to share them with our clients.
All services listed below are performed by students who are required to be supervised by licensed instructors.
Services are offered to women, men and children age six and older. Under the age of 18 requires written consent of parent or guardian. Although we love children, they are not permitted in the clinic area unless they are having a service. Out of respect for others, children of all ages must be under adult supervision in the waiting area.
