Caitlyn, a new member of the Ladies & Gentlemen Salon Chicago team was awarded the Hot Shot in Training Award at the ceremony held on September 27, 2015.
There were nine finalists in this category four of whom are Brown Aveda Institute graduates, including Kaitlyn Horner, Chase Rowell and Kaileigh Rowell.
