Our full-time stylists and nail techs have the potential to make nearly double the average annual income reported for stylists in Ohio (want to know the number, it's worth a google!). We provide a lot of education opportunities, a casual environment, an ultra-flexible work schedule (you literally choose your hours), and offer legitimately great team-bonding experiences that include a lot of fresh donuts and popcorn.
The salon itself offers a gorgeous garden outback to sun gaze in when free, an actual break room to eat your meals, unlimited candy for you and the guests, amazing small-batch crafted farm-to-shower products from Italy (Davines - worth the google for sure), and a Starbucks in the building. Oh, and we spend a healthy amount on marketing and branding to help fill your book!
