The goal of each advisor is to make certain every guest feels as though they are the most important person they will see all day. Meet and/or exceed retail goals Follow up with guests by mail, email and phone Maintain a clean and organized facility Attend event and other outside activities as necessary (not currently offered) Offer Aveda rituals to each and every guest (not currently offered)

Excellent in person communication skills and phone skills
One year of retail sales experience a must
Can small talk with guests
Cosmetology and/or esthetic degree a PLUS
Drawer reconciliation skills
Multi-tasking ability
