Description of Duties:
Ensures ADA students’ needs are met through face to face conversations and ensures proper documentation is provided.
Assists negotiations and discussions with students regarding withdrawal, transfers and leaves of absence.
Tracks weekly timesheets and runs weekly attendance.
Educates students of SAP policy and the importance of attendance and satisfactory scores.
Assist with student leads via phone, text and email and sets up interview appointments.
Assists Manager of Admissions with prospects; conducts informational interview and gives Institute tours.
Assists in making appointments and conducts contract signing of new enrollments or re-enrollments.
Assists and attend College Fair and high school visits
Participates in organizing; Career Fairs, Meet & Greet events, Graduation Celebrations, Annual Scholarship Contest.
Assists in auditing all new student files, student manual and all first day paperwork.
Perform other duties as assigned
Position Qualifications:
High school diploma
2-4 years recruiting, sales or customer service experience required, post secondary school recruiting preferred
Previous experience related in the cosmetology industry a plus
Exceptional verbal and written skills
Strong organizational skills
Flexible schedule and willingness to work evenings, or weekends
Licensed in Cosmetology, Esthiology, Nail Esthetics, or Massage Therapy preferred
