Some Designers from the Advanced Apprenticeship Program are celebrating more than 25 years and some charge over $120 for their Haircuts.

John Robert’s Spa accepts post-cosmetology college graduates to receive paid advanced education to take their skills from Cosmetology School to Behind the chair effortlessly. They assist experienced stylists and earn a guaranteed hourly pay plus gratuity.
Their comprehensive 12-month program develops incredible technical skills, strong guest service, and excellent retail recommendation abilities. John Robert’s Apprentices are fully licensed cosmetologists who assist the John Robert’s Designers to observe the salon flow and receive a mix of hands-on and theory time taught by the JR Education Team, Artistic Directors, and Aveda certification classes. At the end of the program, each Designer chooses which JR location they would like to make their permanent career home.e
