Assistant position:
Assistant will assist with salon operations including shampooing, applying treatments, and tending to the needs and comfort of the clients while they are in the salon.
Ideal candidate will be detail oriented and will work as part of a team to provide an excellent experience.
Must possess knowledge of current hairstyles and trends, maintain excellent communication skills and be able to learn the product and service knowledge necessary to effectively provide beauty solutions to meet the needs of our guests.
As Charles Scott Assistant's you receive an extensive Apprenticeship training before graduating to the floor.
Job Requirements:
Assist with salon operations including shampooing.
Applying treatments.
Tending to the needs and comfort of the clients while they are in the salon.
Greeting clients.
Working as part of a team to provide an excellent experience all while maintaining the salon floor.
Sweeping, cleaning brushes, preparing foils, washing color bowls, and mixing color formulas.
Ensure the salon’s overall customer experience.
