We’re looking for a hands-on motivational co-manager to be the role model for the team as well as guests. You will be the leader to learn, teach and coach the team to reach and surpass goals. Manage customer experience to ensure that the best experience is created each and every time which could mean assisting if necessary to make the connection or the sale and leading by example.
Directly assist the Store Manager in daily operations as assigned. These duties will include staff scheduling to meet business needs. Inventory management: stocking, pricing, placement, assisting with inventory counts, merchandising and promotional set up. Weekly reports submitted in a timely manner. Customer follow up. Weekly Skype meetings. Keep manager informed of successes as well as areas to grow.
Marketing ideas to build clientele along with social media activity. Plan and execute local events, cross marketing with others to build community and traffic.

Requirements
High school or GED equivalent
Cosmetology or Esthetics degree a PLUS
One - three years experience coaching /supervising others in a retail, cosmetics or related industry.
Excellent communicator with the ability to effectively interact with guests and team.
Proven retail success.
Ability to create exceptional customer service.
Cash handling experience to carry out start and end of day cash reconciliation along with responsibility opening and closing the store as required.
Agreeable to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business including holidays, evenings and weekend shifts when necessary as well as special events.
Above average listening skills
