The goal of each advisor is to make certain every guest feels as though they are the most important person they will see all day.

Job Description

  • Follow up with guests by mail, email and phone

  • Maintain a clean and organized facility

  • Attend event and other outside activities as necessary (not currently offered)

  • Offer Aveda rituals to each and every guest (not currently offered)

  • On going training is required by advisor to stay current and grow skills

Job Requirements

  • Love Aveda! Love working with people

  • Able to work evenings and weekends

  • Team Player....Coachable...Likeable...Courteous

  • Professional demeanor, appearance and manner

  • A service attitude

  • Excellent in person communication skills and phone skills

  • One year of retail sales experience a must

  • Can small talk with guests

  • Cosmetology and/or esthetic degree a PLUS

  • Drawer reconciliation skills

  • Multi-tasking ability
